I had thought that you have given it to me personally, and that the glittery heart and words that read ‘Your awesome, Valentine!’ really meant something. I soon learned that you had given the same thing to everyone else in the class, and I had thought that my heart was broken. Well, back then I didn’t know what it felt to have a shattered heart.
